Returns

Should you wish to return an item, a full refund (less special delivery upgrade postage, if originally purchased) will be issued, provided the item is returned within 14 days of the date of delivery (or Royal Mail’s first attempted delivery) and is in its original, unworn condition.

Please email us at hello@wearelucent.com to arrange for a refund of your order and to obtain a returns code; we are unable to accept returned packages without prior authorisation. The cost of the return is at the buyer's expense.

This does not apply to personalised or customised items which are non returnable.

International returns: please ensure the customs form is marked as "returned goods, no commercial value". We are unable to accept returns that carry a customs charge.
