We hope you love your new Lucent Studios purchase, but if it isn’t quite right for you please follow the below steps.
What to do
Email our team at hello@wearelucent.com with reference of your order number and to register your return. Please provide as much detail as possible. We will then see if there is anything we can do to avoid the need to return as customer happiness is very important to us.
If we are then unable to assist and you'd still like to return your item then please post back to us to the address provided in this section. Please include details of your order number, name and the issue with the product.
Depending on your return method it can take several days for your order to arrive back with us.
Once processed your refund will be credited to you, though this can take 3-5 working days to appear back in your account.
